Five Dice is a dice game similar to YAHTZEE*, Yachty, and Yatzy. It closely follows the classic Yahtzee rules. With its simple, intuitive interface, it's perfect for a quick session while waiting in line or for a longer play when you have more time to spare.

TRADITIONAL MODE:
Traditional mode closely follows standard YAHTZEE rules. You get up to three rolls per turn, with 13 turns per game. Tap dice to keep them between rolls. Maximize points by rolling at least three of a kind in the left-side categories; score 63 or more there to earn a 35-point bonus. Score on the right side for Three of a Kind, Four of a Kind, Full House, Small Straight, Large Straight, Five Dice, and Chance. Your first Five Dice (all five dice matching) is worth 50 points, with a 100-point bonus for each subsequent one. This mode features its own leaderboard.
SEQUENTIAL MODE:
In Sequential mode, scores must be placed in a fixed order:
Left Side: Ones through Sixes
Right Side: Three of a Kind through Chance
At the start, all categories are disabled. After your first roll each turn, the valid category for that turn is enabled and highlighted. You must place your score there after your three rolls. The only exception is if you roll a Five Dice, which can be scored immediately, after which the sequence resumes. Subsequent Five Dice rolls earn a 100-point bonus but still follow the sequence. This mode has its own leaderboard.
RUSSIAN ROULETTE MODE:
You only get one roll per turn and must assign a score immediately—even if it's a zero. Finding the strategy to maximize your score is the challenge. Russian Roulette mode also features its own leaderboard.
PLUS MODE:
Plus mode carries over unused rolls to your next turn. While a standard game has 13 turns of three rolls each, here, any rolls you don't use are added to the following turn. For example, using only two rolls on your first turn gives you four on your second. Use only one of those, and you'll have six on the third turn, and so on. Plus mode features its own leaderboard.
SCORING:
After each roll, all valid score categories are highlighted in yellow to help you decide. Where you place the score is your choice. Each game consists of thirteen turns with up to three rolls each. Tap dice to hold them, then roll the rest. After three rolls, you must assign the score before moving on. The first Five Dice is worth 50 points, with a 100-point bonus for each one after that. Score 63 or more on the left side of the scorecard to earn a 35-point bonus.
