Becoming a Hollow in the Hollow Era

You begin as a Soul Spirit, facing a crucial choice: Shinigami or Hollow. To become a Hollow, sever all the links on your chain. Don't worry if you hesitate; a link breaks automatically every two minutes, ensuring your eventual transformation.

Warning: While Hollows are visually impressive, their path is significantly more challenging than the Shinigami route. Expect extensive grinding and repetitive tasks to reach Vasto Lorde or Espada status. Be prepared for a considerable time investment.

Hollow Progression in the Hollow Era

Your journey begins with the Gillian transformation. Level up by eliminating and consuming other Hollows. Reaching level 15 unlocks Gillian form, but level 10 allows access to Hueco Mundo via a Garganta, significantly easing the grinding process. Remember, Hollows face attacks from both Shinigami and other Hollows, unlike Soul Reapers.

Gillian Form in the Hollow Era

As a Gillian, continue eliminating Hollows and interacting with Hollow Pillars in Hueco Mundo. Accumulate Progression Points to be transported to your inner world, where you must defeat five challenging Hollows three times to evolve into an Adjucha.

These inner world Hollows are considerably tougher than their counterparts in Hueco Mundo, but death isn't a setback; you can repeat the challenge.

Adjucha Form in the Hollow Era

From here, choose your path: Vasto Lorde or Arrancar.

Arrancar Progression

To become an Arrancar, interact with a Crystal Bush (appearing every 30-60 minutes in Hueco Mundo). This grants access to Hueco Mundo via a keybind. At level 50, you can pursue your Resurrección. Currently, Arrancars utilize Kendo skills.

Vasto Lorde Progression

The Vasto Lorde path requires 800 Progression Points and collecting all Hollow Items (with varying drop rates). Death results in a 1% loss of Progression Points.

Becoming Espada in the Hollow Era

From Vasto Lorde, evolve into an Espada by interacting with a Crystal Bush in Hueco Mundo. Disabling Atmosphere, Bloom, and Depth of Field can aid in locating the bush.

How to Get Your Resurrección

Reach level 50, then speak to Isen (King of Hueco Mundo) in Hueco Mundo. Defeat 50 Arrancars to unlock your Resurrección, activated with a full Rage Bar (filled by dealing or receiving damage). The default keybind is "Y".
