"Guide to Obtaining Gold Armor in Black Ops 6 Zombies' Tomb"
In *Call of Duty: Black Ops 6* Zombies, armor is a crucial component of any Operator's arsenal. For those looking to enhance their armor beyond the standard Tier 3, a new Easter egg on The Tomb map offers the chance to acquire the coveted Gold Armor Vest. Here's a detailed guide on how to obtain this valuable asset and what it brings to your gameplay.
What Does Gold Armor Do in Black Ops 6 Zombies?
Gold Armor, first introduced in *Modern Warfare 3* Zombies, addresses a common frustration among players: the constant need to re-plate armor after taking damage. In *Black Ops 6*, Gold Armor continues this functionality by automatically repairing itself over time. This feature is a game-changer, allowing players to focus on combat without worrying about their armor status. Even without armor plates in your inventory, the Gold Armor Vest will regenerate, making it an essential tool for resource management and ensuring you're never caught off-guard by powerful enemies like Amalgams.

How To Get Gold Armor on The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To secure the Gold Armor on The Tomb in *Black Ops 6* Zombies, follow these steps:
- Acquire 2 statue heads from the Dark Aether Nexus.
- Place the statue heads on the ruined statues in the Dig Site.
- Activate and survive two "Blood Sacrifices."
- Purchase the Gold Armor Vest in the Roman Mausoleum.
Where To Find the Statue Heads in The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To initiate the Blood Sacrifices required to unlock the Gold Armor, you'll need to locate two statue heads within the Dark Aether Nexus. These heads are essential for repairing the Roman statues in the Dig Site area of the map.
The statue heads are found inside wooden boxes within the Dark Aether Nexus. You'll need to destroy these boxes using melee attacks to reveal the heads. Once a box is broken, hold the interact button to collect the statue head.
The first head is located near a palm tree in the corner of the Dark Aether Nexus, close to the green Gateway portal. The second is easier to spot, positioned near the Juggernog Perk Machine on the same raised platform.
How To Use the Statue Heads on The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies
After collecting both heads, return to the Dig Site near The Tomb's initial spawn point. You'll find two Roman Statues here. The first is near the Ammo Cache, by the door leading to the Neolithic Catacombs. Interact with the statue to place the head and repair it.
The second statue is further up in the Dig Site, near the Roman Mausoleum, which houses a Pack-a-Punch machine spawn point. Interact with this statue to place the second head.
Once both heads are in place, a new UI prompt will appear when you approach the statues, allowing you to start a Blood Sacrifice.
How To Survive the Blood Sacrifice in Black Ops 6 Zombies
The Blood Sacrifice challenge involves facing at least three powerful HVT versions of Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts. In solo play, three will spawn, with more appearing in co-op based on the number of players. During the challenge, your health is locked at 1 HP, but damage is absorbed by your armor plates. It's crucial to have a Tier 3 vest and ample armor plates before starting.
The challenge doesn't despawn existing enemies, so it's best to activate it at the end of a round. Players cannot heal or use powerful support items like Chopper Gunners or Mutant Injections once the challenge begins. However, there are strategies to make it easier.
For solo players, using a Mutant Injection to transform into a Mangler can be effective. As you start the Blood Sacrifice, quickly activate the Mutant Injection to become invulnerable. Then, melee the HVTs that spawn around you until they're defeated.
In co-op, one player can activate the challenge from within the Dig Site while another stays outside with a Chopper Gunner. As the challenge starts, the player outside calls in the Chopper Gunner, and the player inside leads the HVTs into a clear line of sight for aerial elimination.
After successfully completing both Blood Sacrifices, the Gold Armor Vest becomes available as a free Wall Buy in the Roman Mausoleum.
And that's how you can obtain the Gold Armor on The Tomb in *Black Ops 6* Zombies.
*Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC*.
