This offer lets you enjoy Jamboree's online Koopathlon mode, where up to 20 players can compete. The three-month code can be used even if you already have an NSO subscription; it will run concurrently with your existing membership (or can be used later). However, please note: this offer is only valid for individual NSO memberships and not Family memberships or the Expansion Pack. The code itself never expires.
