Rejecting the Offer:
Rejecting the offer grants the "Godlike's Will" ability, providing an extra ability point for the Fighter, Ranger, or Wizard skill trees. While beneficial, it's not the optimal choice.
Accepting the Offer:
Accepting yields the "Dream Touch" ability. This allows healing and reviving nearby allies while simultaneously inflicting damage over time on Delemgan, Dreamthralls, and Vessels. It costs 30 Essence and has a 90-second cooldown. This ability is significantly more powerful and a unique opportunity not replicated elsewhere in the game.
