Adin Ross Recommits to Kick, Hints at "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has definitively ended speculation about his future, confirming his intention to remain on the Kick streaming platform. Ross's recent absence, lasting several months, fueled rumors of a potential departure, even suggesting a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven. However, a recent livestream and subsequent tweet dispelled these rumors. Ross's return, alongside streamers Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy, marked his first broadcast in over two months.

Ross's move to Kick from Twitch in 2023, following a Twitch ban, was a significant boost for the burgeoning platform. While he enjoyed success in 2023, his 2024 hiatus created uncertainty. His December 21, 2024 livestream with Craven, and a subsequent tweet, confirmed his long-term commitment to Kick.

Beyond reaffirming his loyalty to the platform, Ross intriguingly hinted at "bigger" plans on the horizon. While specifics remain undisclosed, many speculate this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a project he intends to expand with Kick's support. Given past legal issues with Misfits Boxing earlier in 2024, the success of future Brand Risk ventures will be closely watched.

Ross's decision provides a significant boost to Kick, which is aggressively pursuing growth in the streaming market. Kick co-founder Bijan Tehrani's previously stated ambition to either surpass or acquire Twitch, while ambitious, now seems increasingly plausible given the platform's momentum and the retention of key streamers like Ross.
