Adventure Time #1 will feature the creative talents of writer Nick Winn and artist Derek Ballard. Set after the animated series finale, this new comic series will continue to explore the misadventures of Finn and Jake in the enchanting land of Ooo. The first story arc, aptly titled "Best of Buds," promises to capture the essence of the beloved show.

Nick Winn shared his excitement about the project, stating, "Adventure Time was such a huge part of me growing up. Not only was it hilarious, but it had such an emotional intelligence that very few shows could pull off back then. Being able to revisit the land of Ooo through Oni Press has really been such a joy and a challenge to build something new while still keeping the energy and charm the show cast on me in middle school, ha!"
