AFK Journey Character Tier List: A Comprehensive Guide

AFK Journey boasts a large roster of characters, making it challenging to determine which are worth investing in. This tier list helps you navigate the choices, ranking characters based on versatility, overall performance in PvE, Dream Realm, and PvP. Remember, most characters are viable, but some excel in high-level endgame content.

S-Tier: Top-Tier Performers

This tier contains the most impactful and versatile characters, excelling across various game modes. Lily May, a recent addition, significantly boosts Wilder teams with her damage and utility. Thoran remains a top F2P tank option. Reinier is a crucial support for both PvE and PvP. Koko, Smokey & Meerky, and Odie are essential supports for diverse content. Eironn, combined with Damien and Arden, forms a dominant PvP team. Tasi provides excellent crowd control for the Wilder faction. Harak, a powerful Hypogean/Celestial warrior, is exceptionally strong in prolonged battles.

A-Tier: Strong Contenders

Antandra is a solid alternative tank to Thoran. Viperian complements a Graveborn core. Alsa is a strong DPS mage, especially effective alongside Eironn in PvP.
