Ash of Gods Pre-Reg Opens on Android Post-Redemption
Following closely on the heels of Ash of Gods: Redemption, AurumDust unveils another RPG installment titled Ash of Gods: The Way, now available for Android pre-registration. The game has already launched on PC and Nintendo Switch platforms.
What Sets This Entry Apart?
Staying true to its Tactics and Redemption predecessors, this tactical card battler delivers enhanced storytelling and refined gameplay. Early previews reveal inventive new mechanics that elevate the tactical RPG experience.
The game features deck-building with warriors, equipment, and spells across four distinct factions. Players will manage two decks, interact with five factions, and experience thirty-two possible narrative conclusions.
Protagonist Finn leads a three-person squad infiltrating enemy territory to compete in war game tournaments. The adventure unfolds through fully voiced visual novel segments - maintaining the series' hallmark storytelling excellence with authentic character interactions ranging from heated debates to lighthearted banter.
Progression unlocks four specialized deck archetypes along with upgrade paths:
- Berkanan
- Bandit
- Frisian (defensive specialists)
- Gellians (hyper-aggressive rush tactics)
The game encourages experimentation with no penalties for respecs. While narrative choices drive the experience more than plot twists, the character development shines through their evolving relationships. Preview the action in the official trailer below:
