Assassin’s Creed Shadows (AC Shadows), now over a month old, is set to evolve with developer Ubisoft’s planned updates. On May 1, Ubisoft shared its Year 1 roadmap on Twitter (X), highlighting new story and gameplay additions.
Among the highlights are free Story Drops, delivering new quests that introduce enhanced player abilities, new allies, world activities, and deeper insights into beloved characters, each expanding the core game experience.
Ubisoft also teased its first DLC, The Claws of Awaji, arriving later this year. This expansion unveils Awaji Island, a new region to explore post-epilogue, featuring new enemies, abilities for both protagonists, and an exclusive weapon for Naoe.
