Available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms, *Atomic Heart* made a powerful debut as a AAA title from a previously unknown studio. According to Mundfish, the game "took the world by surprise as a breakout AAA debut," raising the standard for visual and cinematic excellence in first-person shooter (FPS) games. It also received more than 60 Game of the Year awards, affirming its impact on the industry. Following its success, the team released three story-driven DLC expansions, with a fourth currently in development.

*Atomic Heart* launched in February 2023 as a first-person action shooter set in an alternate reality during the peak of the Soviet Union. The game impressed many with its richly imaginative atompunk aesthetic, drawing comparisons to iconic titles like *BioShock*.
