Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update
Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a bang as Mecha Weka unveils its most expansive update yet—the 'Trans Edition.' This monumental update is set to enrich the game with a plethora of new content for both single-player and multiplayer enthusiasts.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
The update introduces three new cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, which promise to shake up the battlefield dynamics. Complementing these are two new buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and two new units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, all available for immediate deployment.
Players can now personalize their existing cruisers with an array of new bodykits, including Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, allowing for deeper customization and strategic gameplay.
The Skirmish mode now offers the choice of Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, enhancing the tactical options available. In PvP matches, a new countdown start and aircraft trails that match player colors add an extra layer of immersion and excitement.
Balancing changes are sweeping across the game. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate, now boosted from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health, which has been increased from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret's damage has been enhanced from 40 to 60, albeit with a reduced range from 19 to 16.
Visually, the game has received a significant upgrade with the introduction of underwater transparency, allowing players to savor the sight of their defeated foes' wreckage. The sea's new shading and enhanced cruiser and ship death animations further elevate the visual experience.
Played the Game Yet?
Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently delivered major updates annually, and the Trans Edition continues this tradition by adding more sidequests and introducing a mysterious Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific.
Set in the year 2732 on a Flooded Earth, the game's world is inhabited solely by robots engaged in construction and warfare. As a player, you command your own Battlecruiser, equipping it with an assortment of turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to combat a formidable array of adversaries.
Dive into the action by downloading Battlecruisers from the Google Play Store. And don't miss our latest news on This Year’s Days of Bloom, which is bringing The Little Prince back to Sky: Children of the Light.
