You have several options: begin a random life and hope for a male character, continue with an existing male character, or create a custom life and choose male as your gender. Your location isn't crucial, but if you have access to the Jobs Pack and the Crime Special Talent, consider selecting it. This talent increases your chances of succeeding in the final task and reduces the likelihood of incarceration.

Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

As you grow up, steer clear of legal troubles. After high school graduation, dive into the full-time job listings and search for the Mail Carrier position. With a clean record, you should have no trouble getting hired.

If the job isn't available, take any job to earn money and check back after aging up. It might take a few attempts, but persistence pays off. Once you land the job, hold onto it for at least 15 years, which you can monitor via the challenge tracker at the top of your screen.

Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings

These tasks can be tackled simultaneously. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up opportunities. You won't know if your partner has children, but frequent hook-ups over several years should help you meet the requirement.

To increase your chances of having children with flings, opt not to use a condom. Be aware, though, that this also heightens the risk of contracting an STD. If you do, you can seek treatment from a doctor or, if luck is on your side, pray it away. Keep hooking up until you fulfill both tasks, and you might even earn the Lustful Ribbon along the way.
