Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team Renews Partnership with Creator's Club
- Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team renews its partnership with Nankatsu SC
- The club shares its name with Tsubasa's fictional hometown, with series creator Yoichi Takahashi as president
- Special in-game events will commemorate the partnership renewal
At times, reality and fiction intersect in surprising ways. This isn't about typical sponsorships or merchandise—Nankatsu SC feels like a fictional world brought to life. It's no wonder Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team is renewing its partnership with the club.
So, what makes Nankatsu SC stand out? Fans of the series will recognize it as the namesake of Tsubasa's hometown, Nankatsu. That connection makes sense, given that the original creator, Yoichi Takahashi, also serves as the club's president.
To mark the occasion, a host of in-game events will celebrate the renewed partnership. This includes the upcoming Nankatsu SC Support Super Dream Festival, running from March 28th to April 11th. It features the original middle school version of Ozora Tsubasa as a playable character, complete with a digital autograph from Takahashi.
Football dreamsEven if you're not aiming to get the new Tsubasa, there's plenty to enjoy. The Nankatsu SC Support: Dream Match runs from March 28th to April 30th, offering login bonuses like 8 Dreamballs, 4,000 Customize Medals, and other cosmetic items.
Beyond these events, from March 28th through December, players can exchange Event Medals earned by completing scenarios for Nankatsu SC’s 2025 season uniforms and other exclusive rewards.
