CD Projekt Red Seeks Talent for Mysterious Project Hadar
Marcin Blacha, VP and Narrative Lead at CD Projekt Red, has underscored the need for an "exceptional team" to bring Project Hadar to life. Talented developers are invited to explore the open positions and play a role in crafting this new game.
Project Hadar stands apart from CD Projekt's previous works, such as The Witcher series, which drew from Andrzej Sapkowski's novels, and Cyberpunk 2077, which originated from a tabletop RPG. This new project introduces a completely original universe. While specifics are limited, it's confirmed that Project Hadar will not venture into space horror. Previously, the development team consisted of just about twenty members, but the project is now expanding.

Currently, the Hadar team is on the lookout for skilled professionals to fill roles such as programmers, VFX experts, technical artists, writers, and mission designers. The excitement around the project, described by top developers as a "once-in-a-lifetime chance," suggests that Project Hadar is moving from initial concepts into full-scale production.
In addition to Project Hadar, CD Projekt Red is simultaneously managing multiple other projects. The largest team is dedicated to Project Polaris, the inaugural installment of a new Witcher trilogy centered around Ciri. Alongside this, two other teams are diligently working on a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 and another game set within The Witcher universe.
