Unfrozen Games unveils a new teaser showcasing the Dungeon faction in their upcoming turn-based strategy game, Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era. This extended look provides detailed unit information previously omitted.
"Beyond showcasing the remaining factions, we're filling in gaps from our first Dungeon preview," the developers stated. "We're also introducing our more elusive third-tier units! Note that some abilities and combat stances from the initial video may differ, as this focuses on previously unseen aspects."
The Dungeon faction boasts classic units such as troglodytes, minotaurs, medusas, and dragons, each with upgraded versions featuring superior stats and unique abilities. The Infernal Hydra, for example, possesses a passive damage reduction ability over multiple turns, proving a significant battlefield advantage.
The teaser offers a glimpse into current unit animations and stats, with the developers acknowledging potential balance changes before the game's official release.
Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is slated for Early Access launch in Q2 2025, with a full release to follow.
