Shadow Milk Cookie and Candy Apple Cookie join the battle, bringing unique abilities and strategic depth to gameplay. Episode 7: Spire of Shadows unfolds, presenting fresh challenges within a revamped narrative.

Shadow Milk Cookie, a formidable beast, unleashes devastating attacks drawing power from another dimension. His "Puppet Show" skill targets low-HP enemies, inflicting continuous damage culminating in a Grand Finale that strikes all foes and applies the Taint debuff, increasing damage taken. Even after defeat, he transforms, continuing his puppet summoning onslaught.

Candy Apple Cookie wields a colossal lollipop, crushing enemies to reduce their attack and defense. The shattering lollipop creates HP shields for allies and boosts their attack power. Further enhancing the team's offensive capabilities, Candy Apple Cookie's shards amplify the damage enemies receive.

Spire of Shadows introduces the Confusion and Distortion mechanics, previously seen in Stage 7-4. Confusion increases damage taken by the team, while simultaneously empowering Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies. The Domain of Deceit effect, active on specific stages, lessens the damage these Cookies receive, adding a strategic layer to combat.

Players will also accompany Pure Vanilla Cookie on his quest to the Spire of All Knowledge, uncovering pivotal memories and secrets that will dramatically impact the fate of the Cookie World. Completing this episode unlocks Bear Jelly Balloon expeditions, enabling the collection of Yeast Ore and increased Rainbow Pearls at the Trade Harbor.

A new event, Monster Menace, provides additional rewards such as Soulstones and Beascuits for clearing stages. The Monster Menace Marathon offers extra rewards even after the event concludes, based on the number of stages completed.
