Cyberpunk 2077 developer revealed why there is no male V in Fortnite
Cyberpunk 2077 fans eagerly awaited the arrival of their favorite game's items in Fortnite, a platform renowned for its crossovers. The collaboration finally happened, generating excitement, but the absence of the male version of protagonist V left some disappointed. Speculation ran rampant, analyzing CD Projekt Red's marketing strategies. However, the explanation proved far simpler.
Patrick Mills, the Cyberpunk 2077 lore expert and decision-maker, clarified the choice. The bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. With Johnny already male, selecting the female V was a logical choice, further influenced by Mills' personal preference.
