Dead Cells\' final two updates delayed, but will release early next year
Dead Cells Mobile's final free updates delayed, but now have a release date!
The highly anticipated final two free updates for Dead Cells on mobile, "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near," have been pushed back. However, developer Playdigious has confirmed a new release date: February 18th, 2025.
Both updates, already available on console and PC, will introduce exciting new content to the mobile version. Let's take a look at what awaits:
Clean Cut: This update boasts two new weapons: the tactical Sewing Scissors and the powerful Giant Comb. A new character, the Tailor's Daughter, will allow players to customize their character's appearance. Expect additional surprises as well!
The End is Near: Get ready to face formidable new enemies: the Sore Loser, Curser, and Doom Bringer. This update also includes fresh skills and colorless mutations, such as Demonic Strength – a 30% damage boost when cursed, increasing by 1% with each curse stack.
A fitting finale: Playdigious deserves commendation for consistently delivering free content to Dead Cells players. While the end of these free updates allows the studio to focus on new projects, their dedication to the mobile community is undeniable.
The final two updates will launch simultaneously on Android and iOS on February 18th, 2025.
