Dead by Daylight Welcomes Back 2v8 Mode with Resident Evil Collaboration
Dead by Daylight's thrilling collaboration with Resident Evil delivers an electrifying new 2v8 mode. This limited-time event pits iconic Resident Evil villains against a team of familiar heroes in intense battles within the infamous Raccoon City Police Station.
Players can assume the roles of two terrifying antagonists: Nemesis, utilizing the T-Virus, and Albert Wesker (The Puppeteer), wielding the power of Uroboros. They'll face off against a team of survivors including Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong. This marks the first time Nemesis and Wesker have teamed up in this type of gameplay, creating a truly unique experience.
The 2v8 mode introduces a fresh twist with the addition of collectible Resident Evil-inspired herbs. Survivors can use green herbs for healing, while yellow herbs repair hooks. Killers can also collect herbs, gaining a temporary speed boost.
This crossover event also shakes up the traditional gameplay with a new Class System, replacing the standard Powers and Perks. This system introduces exciting strategic options for both Killers and Survivors.
