Diablo Immortal update introduces epic Berserk crossover in dark fantasy realm
Fresh off the Writhing Wilds update, the world of Berserk collides with Diablo Immortal in a thrilling, limited-time crossover event that runs from May 1st to 30th. This crossover transforms Sanctuary into a battleground inspired by Kentaro Miura's dark fantasy epic, featuring iconic elements like Nosferatu Zodd, the Eclipse, and relics steeped in tragedy.
The event kicks off with a challenging boss fight against the immortal Nosferatu Zodd, a fearsome figure from Midland's bloody history. This isn't just any boss encounter; it's a test of your mettle. By acquiring the Crimson Behelit Legendary Gem, you can unlock an even more intense version of the fight. This gem dynamically enhances your gameplay, amplifying your damage when you're healthy and providing a protective shield when you're not. Each power surge unleashes a scream that instills fear in nearby enemies, showcasing the merciless nature of this crossover.
The intensity escalates in the Survivor’s Bane event, where you'll battle through waves of demons within the ominous setting of the Eclipse. This rotating challenge thrusts you into the harrowing final moments of the Band of the Hawk. Survive this ordeal, and you'll be rewarded with exclusive Berserk-themed cosmetics and resources, allowing you to immerse yourself further into this dark narrative.
Among the rewards, you can earn the Broken Band’s Armament, inspired by Guts and Griffith before their fates took different paths. Each class can also unlock unique Berserk-themed weapon skins, including the legendary Dragonslayer. Additionally, you'll have the chance to acquire the Golem Familiar, a customizable earthborn companion that evolves as you progress through the event.
Simply logging in during the event period will grant you a class-specific weapon skin, the Crimson Behelit, 10 Legendary Crests, and thematic cosmetics like the Eclipse Portal and Eclipse Frame. The rest of the rewards, however, must be earned through gameplay.
To prepare for this grueling adventure, you can download Diablo Immortal for free. For more details, be sure to visit the official website.
