Only the standard edition is available, but it includes the full game. Note that Amazon pre-orders haven't been available for recent Switch releases, so don't expect it there.
What is Donkey Kong Country Returns HD?
This isn't the first re-release; the game initially launched on the Wii in 2010 and later on the 3DS in 2013 (with eight exclusive levels). This HD version includes all original Wii levels plus the additional 3DS content.
Known for its challenging gameplay, this release offers both the original difficulty and an easier mode (from the 3DS version) with extra hearts and assistance. Expect classic platforming action: jumping, vine swinging, barrel blasting, banana collecting, and more. Two-player couch co-op is also available with Diddy Kong.
