Kodansha Game Creators Lab, in collaboration with Fairy Tail's creator, Hiro Mashima, has unveiled plans to release three new games under the banner of the "Fairy Tail Indie Game Guild." These upcoming titles, designed to captivate both dedicated fans and general gamers, are slated for release on PC. The titles include Fairy Tail: Dungeons, Fairy Tail: Beach Volleyball Havoc, and Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic. The first two games will hit the shelves on August 26 and September 16, 2024, respectively, while Fairy Tail: Birth of Magic is still in the development phase with further details to be announced soon.
According to Kodansha, this project was sparked by Hiro Mashima's desire to see a Fairy Tail game come to life. The games are being crafted by passionate indie developers who are infusing their love for the Fairy Tail universe with their unique creative skills to produce engaging and enjoyable experiences.

Fairy Tail: Dungeons is an innovative deck-building roguelite adventure game developed by ginolabo. Players will immerse themselves in the Fairy Tail world, navigating through dungeons with a strategic deck of skill cards and a limited number of moves to overcome foes and delve deeper into the adventure. The game's atmosphere is enhanced by a Celtic-inspired soundtrack composed by Hiroki Kikuta, renowned for his work on Secret of Mana, adding a vibrant and immersive layer to the gameplay.
