Attention Sims fans! The infamous Burglar, a cherished character from classic Sims games, is back in The Sims 4!

This latest update brings Robin Banks to PC and consoles, so prepare to safeguard your Sims' valuables. She operates under the cover of night, targeting homes while Sims sleep, though daring daytime heists aren't unheard of. Stay vigilant!

To thwart Robin, Sims can utilize the burglar alarm. Triggering it guarantees a timely police response, leading to Robin's arrest and the recovery of stolen goods. Alternatively, a quick call to the police (even without an alarm) or a bit of vigilante justice can also do the trick.

The Sims team expressed their excitement about Robin's return, highlighting her capacity to both rob and charm players. This nostalgic addition serves as a fitting tribute to The Sims' 25th anniversary.

Despite being a decade old, The Sims 4 continues to thrive, attracting over 15 million new players last year alone. EA's Q2 earnings report revealed the game's remarkable growth since its 2022 transition to free-to-play, adding 31 million new players and reaching a total player count of 85 million by May 2024. And for those eagerly awaiting The Sims 5, there are currently no official plans.
