The Marvel Cinematic Universe, along with numerous adaptations across film, television, and video games, has made Marvel's characters and their universe instantly recognizable and cherished by fans globally. However, 60 years ago, the Marvel Universe was a groundbreaking concept, pioneered by the visionary trio of Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko. They embarked on a journey to interconnect the worlds of various comic book superheroes, setting the stage for what would become a cultural phenomenon.

The storytelling innovations introduced by Marvel's creators, especially during the Silver Age, have significantly contributed to the strong presence of Marvel adaptations in today's entertainment industry. Without the fresh perspectives and dynamic narratives that Marvel brought to the genre, the landscape of comics and entertainment would be markedly different. Inspired by this legacy, I embarked on a personal project earlier this year to revisit the inception of the Marvel Universe's official canon. I began rereading every superhero issue published by Marvel in the 1960s, and my journey has continued well beyond that decade.
