In the captivating world of Freedom Wars Remastered, the Cell Garden emerges as a key area within your Panopticon. Early in the game's main story, you're introduced to this unique space, which not only plays a pivotal role in the narrative but also offers a safer haven for resource farming compared to the perils of external operations.

Throughout Freedom Wars Remastered, you'll encounter multiple Cell Gardens, and the method to access each remains consistent across different levels. Below, we'll guide you through the process of locating these Cell Gardens and delve into their mechanics for efficient resource collection.

Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances In Freedom Wars Remastered

Your journey to the Cell Garden begins with a mission from Mattias, spurred by intriguing rumors of a ghost girl. To embark on this quest, navigate to Level 2's main cell block, specifically 2-A000. From your cell, direct your attention to the left corner where you'll spot a room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to be transported to 2-E165, the same locale where you encountered Enzo.

Upon arriving at 2-E165, proceed right along the wall to another small room equipped with a device that will whisk you away to 2-G100. Your final step involves utilizing the device in the far room of 2-G100, which grants access to the coveted Cell Garden.

This sequence of navigation remains uniform across all levels, making the Cell Garden accessible once you unlock the Quick-Travel Entitlement, significantly reducing the time spent traversing to reach it. Completing the main quest related to the Cell Garden allows you perpetual access to this area and others like it. However, securing a specific Entitlement beforehand can enhance your experience.

Each device leading to the subsequent room or the Cell Garden itself is conveniently marked with a blue door icon, simplifying your journey.

How Does The Cell Garden Work In Freedom Wars Remastered

Distinct from its role in the main story, the Cell Garden operates under different rules for regular visits. Here's how it functions outside of the main quest:

  • You're allotted a mere one minute before being ejected from the area.
  • The room's layout changes with every visit, adding an element of unpredictability.
  • Scattered across the floor, you'll find eight resources, marked by small green orbs, ready for collection.

To maximize your time within the Cell Garden, consider purchasing Entitlements from the Window on Liberty. These upgrades can extend your stay, with the initial upgrade allowing a two-minute visit, available once you reach CODE level 3. This becomes particularly useful as some layouts present more challenging puzzles, necessitating additional time to navigate and collect resources effectively.
