Genshin Impact version 5.4 arrives early next month with a new five-star character and in-game events
If you're eagerly awaiting more adventures in Genshin Impact, you won't have to wait much longer. The much-anticipated version 5.4 update is set to launch on February 12th, bringing with it a host of exciting new content including a new character and a vibrant festival.
Get ready to immerse yourself in the Mikawa Flower Festival, an event that's sure to enchant both humans and youkai. The festival features the presence of Raiden Shogun, who's on a mission to unravel the mystery of a haunting nightmare. Amidst the festivities, you can indulge in new minigames such as A Little Fox's Daydream and Bunshin Phantasm. By participating, you'll collect Festival Stamps, which you can exchange for exclusive rewards, including the unique four-star polearm, Tamayuratei no Ohanashi.
Beyond the festival, the update introduces Yumemizuki Mizuki, a new five-star Anemo Catalyst user. As a clinical psychologist and a major shareholder of the Aisa Bathhouse, Mizuki brings a unique set of skills to your team, making her a valuable addition to your roster.
Mizuki will make her debut in the first half of the 5.4 Event Wishes, joined by a rerun for Sigewinne. The second half will see reruns for Furina and Wriothesley. If you miss her initial appearance, don't worry—Mizuki will also be added to the Standard Wish Banner following the version 5.5 update.
The update doesn't stop there. Dive into the new Travelers' Tales: Anthology Chapter for heartwarming slice-of-life stories featuring your favorite characters. Test your skills with the Reel AD-Venture fishing minigame, and take advantage of the new Level-Up Plans to efficiently gather the materials needed to enhance your characters.
