Starting with acquiring a car wash as cover, players will generate passive income while discreetly expanding their empire. Subsequent investments include "Smoke on the Water" dispensary and "Higgins Helitours," enhancing profits from existing Weed Farm and Air Freight Cargo operations.

The update introduces a strategic Heat system requiring careful balancing between legal and illegal activities. New vehicles like the Karin Everon RS, Woodlander SUVs, Declasse Tampa GT, and Western Police Bike expand players' tactical options.
