The highly anticipated Hearthstone expansion, The Emerald Dream, is set to launch on March 25th, introducing players to a magical yet perilously twisted realm with 145 new cards featuring innovative mechanics and legendary Wild Gods.

What’s Happening in This Expansion?

In this expansion, Ysera's serene realm, the essence of all Nature magic, faces a dire threat. Players have the choice to either defend its purity or succumb to the ensuing chaos.

The expansion introduces a new keyword, Imbue, which significantly benefits Druids, Hunters, Mages, Paladins, Priests, and Shamans by bestowing the blessings of the World Tree. The first time an Imbue card is played, the player's Hero Power transforms into a more potent version specific to their class. Subsequent uses of Imbue cards further enhance the Hero Power. For example, Hunters receive the Blessing of the Wolf, while other classes not included in the six chosen ones gain no benefit from Imbue.

For those drawn to the darker side, the Old Gods offer Dark Gifts, a new keyword that tempts Death Knights, Demon Hunters, Rogues, Warlocks, and Warriors with corrupting power. These Dark Gifts synergize with Discover options, enabling players to conjure nightmare-fueled minions that can unleash havoc. The expansion includes 10 distinct Dark Gifts.

The Emerald Dream also introduces The Wild Gods, legendary minions that represent colossal forces of nature. Each class is assigned one of these powerful entities, some of which have succumbed to corruption, creating a compelling dichotomy between those fighting for the Dream and those intent on turning it into a Nightmare.

With a wealth of new content, The Emerald Dream expansion promises to enrich the Hearthstone experience. It will be available starting March 25th, and you can prepare by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
