Following the successful Helldivers 2 crossover with the Killzone franchise, speculation is mounting regarding a potential collaboration with another iconic universe: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubt Games Workshop's willingness to participate, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani stated, "I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves." This statement has fueled fan hopes for a future Warhammer 40,000 themed expansion.
Helldivers 2's premium content now focuses on carefully selected collaborations, as exemplified by the Killzone partnership. The developers have confirmed that these crossovers will be infrequent, occurring only when they organically enhance the game's existing world.
