HoYoVerse is making waves with back-to-back announcements! Following the preview of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6, details on Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8, titled "Planetary Rewind," have been revealed.

Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8: Launching October 17th

This update introduces new battlesuits, events, and a plethora of rewards. Vita receives a new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer. This battlesuit boasts a unique ring-like Drive Core adorned with peacock feathers and features two transformable forms:

• Lone Traveler: Utilizes a feathered loop for elegant attacks.
• Planet Quaker: Unleashes powerful laser beams upon activating the ULTIMATE ability.

Lone Planetfarer also benefits from Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion. Additionally, the Divine Key Waxing Moon and its PRI-ARM variant, Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience, are being introduced.

Main Story: The First and Last War

The main story arc, "The First and Last War," transports players back a century to Langqiu during the Ten Shus War, featuring Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie. Rewards include Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and a new outfit for Dreamweaver.

The HOHO Vacation Tickets return, and Elysian Realm now permanently offers LITE Combat. A celebratory event starting October 11th provides free Equipment Supply Cards and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupons.
