Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th!

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches December 4th on mobile platforms. This chapter concludes the Penacony storyline before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus, the Eternal Land.

Farewell to Penacony, Hello to New Adventures

Version 2.7 brings a poignant farewell to Penacony. As the crew prepares for their departure – following Black Swan’s suggestion to travel to Amphoreus – they reconnect with familiar faces, sharing emotional moments and culminating in a spectacular performance at the Grand Theater.

This performance introduces two new characters:

• Sunday: The former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a dazzling final act. A 5-star Imaginary character, his Ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing the "Beatified" buff on a teammate and their summon.

• Fugue (Tingyun): Following the harrowing events of Version 1.2, Fugue, known as Tingyun, receives a second chance thanks to Madam Ruan Mei. This 5-star Fire character excels at shattering enemy Toughness with her fiery Ultimate, dealing significant Fire DMG.

Warp Events and New Astral Express Features

Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan (first half) and Firefly (second half).

The update also introduces the Party Car to the Astral Express – a luxurious marble bar with a robotic bartender and a stunning cosmic backdrop. Players can personalize their own space in the "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event, using Express Funds to furnish a storage room with bedrooms, bathrooms, and more.
