The Stronghold series comprises several real-time strategy games set in the medieval era. The original Stronghold launched in 2001, followed by popular spin-offs like Stronghold Crusader (2002), Stronghold Crusader Extreme (2008), and Stronghold Kingdoms (2012).

Stronghold Castles is the first mobile entry in the series and is available now as a free-to-play game on the Google Play Store.
