InZOI will feature ghosts, an afterlife, and a karma system
InZOI's game director, Hyungjun "KJoon" Kim, has unveiled intriguing details about the game's paranormal elements. Players will gain limited control over ghosts, a mechanic intricately linked to the game's karma system.
This karma system tracks player actions, impacting not only their current lives but also their afterlife. Good deeds ensure a peaceful transition, while negative actions may condemn players to an afterlife as a restless spirit. To escape this ghostly existence, players must atone for their past karmic debts.

While ghost control is planned for a future update (currently unavailable in early access), the developer assures players that InZOI remains grounded in realistic gameplay. Paranormal elements will be carefully integrated to avoid overshadowing the core experience, although the possibility of future additions to the game's unexplained phenomena has been hinted at.
