John Nelson, EA's senior director of Esports, expressed his excitement, saying, "ALGS has a very large community in Japan, and we have seen many comments calling for an offline event in Japan. That's why we couldn't be more pleased to celebrate this milestone with an offline tournament held at the iconic Daiwa House Premist Dome."
