Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite features two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full area-of-effect (AoE) within it.
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for select Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located on the far right of the Innate Skills Mastery tree, requiring a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the specific technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards, a crucial component for Full Domain Expansion, are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: Periodically sells Domain Shards for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop; luck-enhancing consumables are recommended.
- Trading: Player-to-player trading is an option.
- World Loot: Shards may spawn on the map, easily located with the Item Notifier gamepass (2,699 Robux).
Utilizing Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate offensive tool.
- Equip: Select it from the Skills menu.
- Activate: Fill the Domain Meter by damaging enemies, then press the assigned hotkey.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and your offensive/defensive stats receive a 50% boost. Incomplete Domains only provide the stat increase.
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame: timed LMB (M1) presses within designated meter sections. The victor expands their Domain, depleting the loser's meter.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive strategies exist:
- Simple Domain: (20 SP) Creates a small, Domain-effect-nullifying area.
- Hollow Wicker Basket: Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents innate technique use.
- Heavenly Restriction: (1699 Robux gamepass) Negates most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
