King\'s Raid is all set to host its global CBT next month on PC and mobile
- King’s Raid global CBT runs from January 29th through February 4th
- The beta features a rebuilt version with enhanced visuals and performance
- Invitations are sent via email starting January 26th
After months of silence, King’s Raid is making its return, bringing tangible updates to the table. Masangsoft has officially announced the schedule for the upcoming global Closed Beta Test (CBT), offering both dedicated veterans and new players a clear opportunity to experience the game's revival firsthand.
The global CBT begins on January 29th and continues until February 4th. It is fully cross-platform, allowing you to play on Steam, Android, or iOS. Best of all, there are no restrictions based on creator status or exclusive invite lists; the beta is open to everyone, including those who registered prior to this announcement.
This test focuses on the rebuilt version of King’s Raid, featuring improved visuals, performance enhancements, and a renewed emphasis on party-based combat and character synergy that defined the original series.
For players who were active before the 2024 shutdown, this is your first real look at how Masangsoft has evolved the game. For newcomers, it serves as an excellent entry point into an RPG with a dedicated fanbase.
One important detail to note: if you registered earlier without specifying a platform, you will be assigned Steam by default. Players wishing to test the mobile versions must resubmit their application and explicitly select Android or iOS, as your final choice determines which platform receives your invitation. Invitations are distributed via email on January 26th, so updating your preference early is recommended.
King’s Raid was initially expected to return earlier this year, but with the global CBT only now underway, the revival remains a work in progress. However, this ongoing development doesn't necessarily detract from the experience.
If you find yourself waiting for more updates, consider exploring some of the best RPGs available on Android in the meantime!
