Secure your Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket! This guide details how to obtain this coveted card during the limited-time event.

Obtaining Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket

Currently, a Lapras EX event is live in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Engage in AI battles using provided Water-type decks to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your sole source for Lapras EX.

This event concludes November 18th, so act fast!

Each Promo Pack contains a single card, randomly selected from: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, and Lapras EX. While odds appear even, obtaining Lapras EX relies on chance. You might get lucky on your first pack, or it could take many more. For guaranteed Promo Packs, focus on the Expert difficulty battles. While easier stages offer a chance at a pack, only Expert difficulty provides a guaranteed drop.

Completing all battle stages rewards Event Hourglasses, replenishing your stamina for continued farming. If you have a Pikachu EX deck, auto-battle is possible, even on Expert, minimizing active gameplay.

Should you miss out before the event ends, remember that trading is planned for a future update, providing an alternative acquisition method.
