"Methods 4: Top Detective Returns with Brilliant Sleuths and Cunning Criminals"
Earabit Studios is back with the highly anticipated fourth installment of the Methods series, titled Methods 4: The Best Detective. Following the success of Detective Competition, Secrets and Death, and The Invisible Man, this new chapter invites players to delve deeper into the engaging world of this quirky crime-thriller visual novel.
Here’s the Setup
In this thrilling competition, a hundred detectives are pitted against each other in a mysterious contest designed to test their skills against crimes masterminded by some of the world's smartest and most elusive criminals. The stakes are high: the winning detective will walk away with a million dollars and a life-altering opportunity. However, if a criminal manages to outsmart the detectives and emerges victorious, they too will receive a million dollars, along with the chance at parole, regardless of their criminal record. Methods 4: The Best Detective covers Chapters 61-85, continuing the gripping narrative.
Already a massive hit on Steam, the Methods: Detective Competition series has been split into five parts for its mobile release, with one more part yet to come. Curious about the latest developments? Take a closer look at what's happening in Methods 4: The Best Detective.
So, Where Are We in the Story in Methods 4: The Best Detective?
As we left off in The Invisible Man, detectives Ashdown and Woes successfully navigated Stage Four of the competition. However, their triumph has complicated matters for the Gamemasters, who must now manage their dark secrets alongside new challenges. Meanwhile, Haney is on a mission to unveil their scheme, Catscratcher is stirring up chaos, and Stage Five promises even more twists and turns.
Similar to the previous chapters, players will explore crime scenes, gather and analyze evidence, and answer multiple-choice questions to solve complex cases. With over 25 interactive crime scenes, a captivating storyline, and the unique 'Methods' art style, Methods 4: The Best Detective promises an immersive experience.
