A New Kameo Fighter Arrives

The official trailer for Madam Bo, owner of the Fengjian Teahouse, has dropped! She and the T-1000 from Terminator 2 join the fight as part of Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion on March 18th, 2025.

Before becoming a powerful assist character, Madam Bo appeared in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. Initially appearing to be a victim of Smoke, her encounter was a clever ruse to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Don't underestimate this seemingly frail teahouse owner; she's a former Lin Kuei associate and skilled martial artist, having mentored both Raiden and Kung Lao.

Gameplay footage shows Madam Bo assisting her pupils with powerful strikes, shattering glass bottles with effortless grace, and finishing opponents with a uniquely brutal fatality—a perfectly executed decapitation served on a tea tray!

The T-1000 Joins the Fray

Joining Madam Bo on March 18th is the T-1000, the shape-shifting antagonist from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This liquid metal killing machine makes its Mortal Kombat debut as a playable character, utilizing its shape-shifting abilities to wield a sword or unleash a barrage of machine-gun fire.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion

Madam Bo and the T-1000 are part of the Khaos Reigns expansion, featuring a new story campaign expanding Liu Kang's New Era storyline and a new cinematic experience. Players will face the formidable Titan Havik, who threatens the New Era.

Kombat Pack 2, which includes these new characters, has been rolling out new fighters since September 2024, starting with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax. Ghostface followed in November, and Conan the Barbarian arrived in January 2025. Madam Bo and the T-1000 are the latest additions to this exciting roster.
