MythWalker: A Fresh Take on Geolocation RPGs

MythWalker blends classic fantasy with real-world locations in a unique geolocation RPG. Explore the game world either by physically walking or using the convenient tap-to-move feature from the comfort of your home. Available now on iOS and Android.

The current trend of walking for fitness or cost savings has inspired many developers, including Niantic with titles like Monster Hunter Now. MythWalker offers a compelling alternative, combining real-world exploration with engaging fantasy battles. Players choose from Warriors, Spellslingers, and Priests to defend both Earth and the fictional Mytherra.

Worried about playing consistently without venturing outdoors? MythWalker utilizes Portal Energy and a tap-to-move function, enabling gameplay from home. Enjoy the benefits of both real-world walks and indoor play, regardless of the weather.

Market Potential and Challenges

MythWalker's original universe offers a refreshing change from franchise-based geolocation games, potentially attracting a significant player base. However, the market is competitive, and many post-Pokémon Go AR/geolocation games haven't achieved similar success. While MythWalker's future remains uncertain, its unique features and fresh IP could help it carve a niche.
