The Nintendo Switch 2 finally receives its official release date: June 5, 2025.

Alongside today's announcement comes confirmation of the Nintendo Switch 2's pricing, with the base model starting at $449.99.

Nintendo also revealed a special Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle priced at $499.99 in the U.S. market. This package includes both the console and a digital download code for Mario Kart World, available at launch on June 5.

Purchased separately, Mario Kart World will retail for $79.99 - marking a $10 increase over Nintendo's most expensive current Switch titles.
