How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to obtain the Hand of Wisdom and Action Unique Gloves. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible via the Atlas's Realmgate using a Breachstone.

Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas to center the camera on this location.

Alternatively, you can purchase HoWA on the official Path of Exile 2 trading website, though expect a significant cost; even poorly rolled pairs command multiple Divine Orbs.

Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2

Two methods exist for obtaining a Breachstone in PoE 2:

• Combine Breach Splinters: Farm Breach map nodes on the Atlas to collect Breach Splinters. While relatively common, gathering 300 requires extensive farming. Combine 300 splinters to create a Breachstone.

Can Orb of Chance Yield Hand of Wisdom and Action?

No. Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique drop from Xesht and isn't part of the regular loot table (unlike Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps won't produce it.
