It’s Not Plants Vs Zombies, It’s Plants Vs Weeds In Plantoons!
Plantoons: Backyard Battleground - A Quirky Tower Defense Game
Indie developer Theo Clarke's new game, Plantoons, transforms your backyard into a vibrant battle arena. Drawing inspiration from Plants vs. Zombies, Plantoons offers a unique and engaging gameplay experience.
The Plantoons Gameplay:
The game pits your plant army against relentless waves of invading weeds. Forget passive plant placement; Plantoons features strategic plant upgrades and leveling, demanding active participation in each round. You'll select plants from your arsenal, strategically positioning them on the battlefield to repel increasingly aggressive weed attacks (hopefully less menacing than their zombie counterparts!).
Progress unlocks reward cards, providing various boosts to your plant army. Enhance attack power, bolster defenses, or increase pollen production to optimize your strategy. Flexible plant placement allows for customized defensive lines across the meadow.
Each plant boasts unique abilities and stats, adding depth to the gameplay. Completing challenges expands your Card Bank, enabling deck customization and strategic enhancements.
