PlayStation Plus Free Games for January 2025 Announced
PlayStation Plus January 2025 Lineup: Three Free Games Available Until February 3rd
PlayStation Plus subscribers can now claim three free games: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe. These titles are available for download until Monday, February 3rd.
This month's selection includes the controversial Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a PS5 title from Rocksteady Studios, known for the Batman: Arkham series. While its reception was mixed upon release in February 2024, PlayStation Plus members can now experience it at no extra cost. This game boasts the largest file size at 79.43 GB (PS5).
Completing the lineup is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4, 31.55 GB), a classic racing game playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility, though without PS5 enhancements. Finally, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe offers native PS4 (5.10 GB) and PS5 (5.77 GB) versions, featuring expanded content and improved accessibility.
To download all three games, PS5 users need approximately 117 GB of free storage space. Sony is expected to announce the February 2025 PlayStation Plus lineup towards the end of January. Throughout the year, additional titles will be added to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers.
