Pokémon Go debuts new Grow Together ticket to give new players a boost, for a price
Pokémon Go is introducing a new in-app purchase: the Grow Together Ticket. Priced at $4.99, this ticket offers a significant boost for players looking to accelerate their progress during the Shared Skies season. Available from July 17th, 10:00 a.m. to September 3rd, 10:00 a.m. local time, the ticket provides 5x XP for your first daily PokéStop spin and includes a Premium Timed Research project.
This research project unlocks premium items and encounters with Pokémon possessing unique evolution requirements. Players can also gift tickets to Great Friends or higher, and those purchasing via the PokéStore receive two bonus eggs.
Is it Worth It?
The Grow Together Ticket's paid-only nature (no PokéCoin option) might be a deterrent for some. However, for dedicated players seeking a convenient leveling shortcut and access to premium content, it could prove valuable. Ultimately, the ticket's worth depends on individual player commitment and enjoyment of the game.
