Get ready for Pokémon GO Fest 2025! Niantic has announced the dates and locations for this year's in-person events much earlier than in previous years. The festivities kick off in June, with three distinct locations:

• GO Fest Osaka: May 29th – June 1st
• GO Fest Jersey City: June 6th – June 8th
• GO Fest Paris: June 13th – June 15th

While tickets aren't yet on sale, plan your travel and PTO now! Past events required selecting a specific day within the weekend timeframe. This means flexibility in your travel plans is advisable before ticket sales begin.

A global GO Fest event is expected later in June or early July, though no official dates have been released. Following the pattern of previous years, a scaled-back global version will likely provide a virtual experience for worldwide participation after the in-person events conclude.

• Jersey City, New Jersey, USA
• Paris, France

This year features a mix of returning and new locations; Japan and the US return from 2024, while France replaces Spain as the European venue.

Event Details (So Far):

Details on specific Pokémon, bonuses, and features are scarce at this early stage. The focus currently remains on the upcoming GO Tour: Unova in February 2025 (New Taipei City, Taiwan, and Los Angeles, California).

Historically, GO Fest events have introduced new Pokémon and mechanics (like Necrozma and the Fusion mechanic in 2024), featured increased Raid activity, exciting wild spawns, Shiny Pokémon debuts, and other in-person bonuses. Expect more details to emerge after the conclusion of the GO Tour: Unova.
