The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova event, scheduled for Los Angeles, will proceed as planned despite earlier concerns regarding the devastating wildfires. The event will take place at the Rose Bowl Stadium, Brookside Golf Course, and throughout the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

Niantic, the event organizer, acknowledges the hardships faced by many due to the wildfires and will offer refunds to ticket holders unable to attend. These refunds can be requested through in-app support until February 23rd. The company also pledged to provide further support to the local community and urged attendees to adhere to all necessary health and safety guidelines.

The decision to continue the event signifies Niantic's commitment to helping restore a sense of normalcy to the affected areas.
