Rainbow Six Siege, now celebrating its 9th year, is set to receive a major overhaul with the introduction of Rainbow Six Siege X. Ubisoft announced this exciting development on February 17, 2025, with more details slated to be revealed in the upcoming showcase in March 2025.

The Rainbow Six Siege X showcase is scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 10:00 am (PDT) / 1:00 pm (EDT) in Atlanta, Georgia. This event will highlight the transformative changes coming to the game. Ubisoft promises an "immersive and one-of-a-kind Siege experience," uniting players, creators, and developers to unveil the evolutions of Siege X, along with other surprises.

For those eager to attend in person, tickets are available for USD $10, which includes an exclusive long-sleeve shirt and an in-game cosmetic pack. However, attendees must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be a legal resident of the USA or Canada
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a good standing Rainbow Six Siege account (not banned or sanctioned)

Additionally, Ubisoft is offering VIP packages for two lucky fans, including a hotel stay, roundtrip flight, and entry to the showcase. This giveaway is also limited to legal residents of the USA and Canada.

Additionally, a new elite skin for operator Aruni and a reputation system that rewards or penalizes players based on their behavior during a season were announced. These features will launch with Season 1 of the game's 10th year, Operation Prep Phase, on March 4, 2025, in celebration of the 10th anniversary.

Given the timing of Season 10’s launch and the showcase for Rainbow Six Siege X, it appears that the major upgrades will be implemented on the live servers at a later date.
