Navigating the quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. This guide focuses on acquiring the Royal Treasury Key during the Oratores quest, a particularly lengthy main quest. After your conversations with Rosa and Zizka, and securing Vavak's assistance, the next step involves retrieving this crucial key.

The key is hidden in a rather unexpected location: the outhouse in Vavak's backyard. The image below highlights its position on the map.

Upon entering the outhouse, examine the toilet bowl. An "Investigate" prompt will appear; interact with it, and Henry will retrieve the key. A word of caution: this unsanitary retrieval will leave Henry quite dirty. It's highly recommended to wash up at a nearby trough before continuing the quest to avoid issues with dialogue checks and NPC interactions.

With the Royal Treasury Key in hand, return to Zizka and Rosa to advance the quest. Prepare yourself for a considerable journey ahead, as the Oratores questline continues with an exploration of the underground passages alongside Samuel.
